Binance France emails announce closure of its users' accounts on Dec. 31

Binance France emailed users in early November announcing that all accounts will be closed on Dec. 31. Assets left on the exchange after Nov. 29 will incur a monthly maintenance fee of 0.025% of the balance, or a minimum of 10 USDC. Binance said the closure follows an orderly cessation of activities, and users were told to withdraw assets to avoid fees.
