Ethereum fixes Glamsterdam bug that could have sent staking deposits to builders

Researcher avsetsin identified a scenario where an operator registering as a builder could receive both builder and validator deposits under the same public key, preventing staking services from recovering their funds. The fix, initially rejected on Oct. 19, was reopened and merged Monday after further review, changing deposit handling rules to track validator and builder deposits separately by withdrawal credentials.
