Google Wants Gemini to Be Your Next Coworker—Complete With Its Own Email Address

Google Cloud introduced the Gemini Agent, an AI that operates across Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Chat and Calendar, running continuously in the cloud for hours or days. Managers can create 'coworker agents' with their own Workspace email address, calendar, Drive storage and company directory listing, with all actions tracked in separate audit trails. Google provided no pricing or general availability date; financial services and legal versions are in preview, with government, healthcare and retail coming soon.
