Hex and PulseChain founder Richard Heart detained in Istanbul: reports

Richard Heart, founder of Hex and PulseChain, was detained in Istanbul according to Turkish reports. Turkish authorities seized $4 million in cash and 64 luxury watches during the detention. Heart is sought by Finnish authorities over alleged aggravated tax fraud.
