Korea's Tokenized Securities Rollout Starts in February 2027. Four Korean Institutions Are Already Building on the OP Stack

South Korea's Financial Services Commission set February 4, 2027 as the start date for tokenized securities rollout, with draft rules open for public comment until November 11.
