Oneiro announced Revolution Network V2, a rebuilt ZK Layer 2 on ZKsync OS with validity proofs on every batch starting from public testnet. V2 replaces V1 testnet Libertas and uses open Ethereum standards instead of custom EraVM stack that ZKsync is retiring. Token economics unchanged at 250M REVO over ten years; Libertas holders will have balances snapshotted and migrated to V2 at a published block.
