Thailand to block Bitget in December over unlicensed crypto trading

Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission filed a criminal complaint against Bitget operator BG Limited for operating without a license. Thailand will block access to Bitget's website, domains, and mobile app starting December 5, 2025. Bitget allegedly offered crypto trading services in Thailand from 2022-2025, charged fees, and promoted through Thai-language channels without proper licensing.
