THE BLOCK: A proposed Department of Labor rule to allow crypto in 401k accounts is in the White House's hands. On Thursday, the DOL filed that proposal with the White House's Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), a division within the Office of Management and Budget that reviews federal regulations before publication.
